Documentation for SDM is $99.95 per copy.
Service Price
 Our service prices vary as to the complexity and labor intensity of each project. However, our general rates for Soft Lifecycle implementation are $90 per hour including expenses and $120 per hour excluding expenses. Expenses are defined as per diem charges to include lodging, meals, and portal to portal transportation. The minimum service charge is for six hours.

 We distribute products via
  • US Mail - we prefer Media rate; but also use Priority and Express rates
  • ftp - this is password protected
  • Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and Airbourne - this uses your account or a will-call slip

For our printed material and manuals, we suggest US Mail.
